Props to the Spurs medics and fans for the way they acted today.

Really?
Not sure who you can say that, after the whole stadium watching someone be resuscitated on the pitch for 8 minutes (iirc) the mood would have been pretty dark.
Not sure you can ask players and managers to focus on another half of football when their natural thinking would have been with that person
Sensible decision and from what I've read, bar a few idiots, the Spurs fans did themselves credit with their behaviour |

| I've not seen the footage but games get stopped for long injury breaks a fair few times a season, never seen a game called off before cause of it |

But this was different to someone breaking their leg or dislocating a shoulder
From what I read they used a defibrillator
Some fans were in tears as well
Not really sure how you can argue the decision/ |

He suffered a heart attack on the pitch. |

Its pretty difficult to have a football game when someone is potentially dying on the pitch and then the players are so traumatised by it that they can no longer play football......without the players there can't be a game. But if you haven't seen the footage then you won't be aware of how bad the other players were affected by what they were witnessing as they almost didnt bring him back. _________________ Poker columnist at www.poker.co.uk |

I think I read on bbc sport that when they took him down the tunnel he wasn't breathing so assume they wouldn't have known whether or not they had managed to... |

Latest statement...
" Fabrice received prolonged resuscitation at the ground and on route to The London Chest Hospital, where his heart eventually started working."
Does this mean he technically died? _________________ You spell bad cess in letters that stretch from here to Seattle |
