This Wednesday we have a £20 re-buy and we are guaranteeing 4 seats to our main event on Friday. Seats are worth £330 each.

Quick update from Day 1:

92 runners started, down to 38 by just after the 4am close. Chip leaders on 124,000, with a fair number close on his heels.

Total prize money collected was £27,600, and the club have put in a bit extra, bringing the total prize pool to a very nice £30,000.

With £20,000 guaranteed for first, and nice players making a fair return, we'll have to see if someone runs away with it, or the £20k first prize is divided up come the final table. That's all in the players hands for now we've 38 runners coming back at 3pm today (nearly said tomorrow), and plenty left to play for.

The cash action consisted of a 1/2 and 2/5 game, mainly NLH, but a bit of PLO being played too.

Big thanks to the Waitress's and the lone Massage girl, who did not stop all night, and the dealers for helping with a smooth running.

Will add some detail (chips counts, players left in) and more tomorrow (sorry, later today!).

It finished up at 11.30pm on Saturday, after 2 long days I hope you'll excuse me for not updating this earlier, sleep was first priority, as i'd only got a couple of hours between day 1 and 2.

The £20k first prize was reduced to £19,500 giving £500 to the final table bubble.

I'll report more later, but the prize pool was split after a heads up chop, each players taking over £10k. Suprisingly to some i'm sure the players involved loved the fact that they had a shot at £20k, and although many deals were discussed, no chop was finalised until the heads up.
