Super Stack results, Guy Fawkes Night at the LPC!

The next Super Stack is only a few weeks away on 27/28 November so hurry up and satellite in or buy in directly. The next one will feature longer blinds of 40 minutes and a number of extra levels, starting at 2pm on the Saturday and finishing at 1am or 50 players, returning on Sunday at 2pm. Decembers Super Stack will be held on 28th/29th December at Kingsway Hall Hotel in Holborn.

FRIDAY FIGHT NIGHT GUY FAWKES SPECIAL - remember remember the 5th November, because we are not giving just a penny for the Guy - we are giving over 40000 pennies!!!! - a Super Stack package awaits a lucky player with buy in, complimentary one night stay in one of our executive rooms, breakfast for two and spa/pool access for the lucky person who "discovers" the Guy. If the Guy gets to the end and wins it then the Guy will get TWO Super Stack packages worth over 80000 pennies!!!! Guy Fawkes had 8 accomplices on trial too - for any one of them that gets "discovered" the player will win a tenner plus a pint, courtesy of us! As usual the buy in is £25 + £10 bounty + £5 vsd with one re-entry allowed. There is a whopping £1,000 Guarantee as well (see website for details and terms).

UKPSO - the United Kingdom Poker Shootout has been changed to a lower buy in to enable low stakes players to particpate. We are going for a £20,000 pool for a £30 entry! Satellites start soon. The UKPSO will be on 10th-16th January 2010 at Kingsway Hall Hotel near Holborn.

How does the 'Guy' thing work?

Is someone told they are the 'Guy' beforehand?

Sounds like great added value, and I think I will def be along.

Hey James, the Guy is selected randomly at the start and entered into the system (players will not know who the Guy is and neither will the Guy!) The 8 accomplices will also be anonymous and pre-selected. When you knock one out you are told and get the prize. Of course if you win it and you are the Guy, you get the biiiig pennies

PLAYERS of the LPC. This Friday we have our Friday Fight Night. As if there was enough value last with a £100 pound overlay now we are putting a Guy Fawkes SUPRISE. Which in total at most could be a package of £800. What an amazing opportunity for only £40 pound plus you get to play poker and win a nice prize plus Cash Games are available on request. Whatever games you require i.e 25p-50p, 50p-£1,£1-£2 or £2-£4 on any games you like Holdem or Omaha even Stud or Razz if we can get the players we will starts one.

Actually played rather well for the two days on the Super Stack, as opposed to the Fox thing where I just played like a cretin tonight! (work night, tired and all those excuses)

Was a great turnout, very pleased. You must come to the next one! Look forward to seeing you tomorrow night pads - and yes - as usual regular mobster and lpc attendees get a pint on me!

Should be a good one tomorrow with all the Guy Fawkes added stuff so dont forget to pre-register at lpcpoker.com to get your extra 1,000 chips mate.

Great to see the Super Stack do well last weekend.

The only feedback I would give is to lengthen the blinds a bit and and add a couple more levels...........and you've done that already!

We sure did RIPPLE11. It was a great success and we hope that every month can be as successful as this month we really want to fill every month and hopefully due to the success of this months tourney we will. Did you manage to make it down at all??? If so did you do any good???
