Fair decision. Almost unique problems to overcome and he worked his way around it well. He was a different class and could probably have knocked him out but had to be a little cautious and find a happy medium.

The beast punched air all night. Haye didn't exactly put a LOT into the fight, but he def won it IMO. He was the most skillful fighter out of the two and landed the cleaner shots IMO. Credit for Valuev for trying to force the fight and always hunting down Haye but you don't get points for fighting on the front foot, you have to hit the guy.
The fact that Haye broke his hand too, makes a lot of sense. He still handled the situation well though and deserves the belt. Looking forward to some good fights in the future now  |

Haye didnt deserve to take the titals valueve didnt deserve to win either, Draw would of been a fair result. Im happy haye won but just think youve got to do more than that to strip a champ.
Hollyfield at 46 by all acounts beat valueve only for one of those dodgy decisions and said he didnt hit hard for a big bloke hollyfield as usual stood and traded. I think haye could of showed a little more ambition.
