If it hurts when you do this, don't do that. _________________

http://www.gcc-uk.org/chiro_search.cfm
also have a hot bath to loosen up the muscles and get someone to give you a gentle back rub
but go and see a chiropractor
or one of those chinese medicine shops which also do massage _________________ Live poker schedules at www.g5poker.com |

If you don't stop what you're doing, then you'll go blind as well... so I've heard. _________________ Die 1000 deaths! |

Things regarding the back should be taken seriously perhaps a trip to the Doctor is in order?
Otherwise....deep heat...(the cream ointment) massage....a hot bath?
Relax...try epsom salts in a hot bath.
I would go to a Doctor.......
Epsom salts i use a lot ...in the form of magnesium sulpahte.......it has an almost immediate affect on the muscles ..also taking magnesium as a supplement(diff type of magnesium) helps muscle control.....and helps fine tune the connection mechanism of our nerves....
Not sure if it would help....but for over worked muscles.......it is really a godsend........especially if you have to keep going.
Plus when you are healed maybe consider taking up an activity to increase flexibility and strength for your body.....in your youth you should not be so delicate...
Seriously though....try a Doctor.......the back is not something you should take lightly
Hot bath though...massage deep heat Epsom salts in the bath.warm a pillow or something and put it on the area.....remember to KEEP THE AREA WARM dont let it get cold SERIOUSLY that is VERY MB!
KEEP THE AREA WARM! _________________ 'An angel does not make love an angel is love'- Pygar- Barbarella |

No offence to any of the posters offering words of wisdom, some of which may very well be helpful, but why would you ever seek medical advice from a poker forum?
Go and see your GP you daft git. |

The forum for trapped nerves in the shoulder is closed at the weekend. |
