I was merely pointing out that for a given win rate the sd doesn't change and the bankroll doesn't either.

Multitabling merely allows you to play more hands per hour and will have no effect on the standard deviation of your win rate per hand, so won't affect bankroll management.

One other issue - the casino could have changed the cards actually used to badly made ones (not saying they did but they could have). I can't see how they can use the cards as evidence in the case - ...
